Registration Dates/Locations:
**Online Application will be processed by December 3, 2023. Please be patient in receiving a response through a two part email, as all application will be screened first for approval (first email) and then followed by a second email (one week out from distribution) with a date of pick up. Pick up date for Vigo County is TBD
You will recieve an email upon Registering / another email upon us approving application / then one final email with dates and time - Total of 3 emails (last email expect to come a week prior to distribution dates)
-ALL COUNTYS , Children verification will occur at distrubution (Birth certificate, ID, Social)
-when you register online, please ensure you have your ID with same address that you have registered online on the day of distribution. If applying through the Salvation Army please bring flyer or picture of flyer and they will registar you online.

Vigo County: December 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th @ THE MEADOWS MALL
Sullivan County: December 16th @ 4H Fair Grounds
Parke/Vermillion County: December 17th Rockville Elementary
Clay County: December 16th at Family Worship Center-Wabash Valley at 8157 N County Rd 425 W, Brazil, IN 47834
We will be collecting toys and donations from October 1, 2023 through December 7th, 2023, for the 2023 campaign.
Need Assistance
Are you a family or non profit organization in need of assistance bringing a bright christmas via a toy? Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program collects new unwrapped toys and gives these donations to families and programs that have gone through the application process. If you would like to receive assistance for your family or program, please click the link above “Request aToy” for more information
Donate a toy
If you have a new & unwrapped toy that you would like to donate, simply find the nearest and most convenient drop-off location. Drop off a toy in the collection box and our volunteers will collect it. You can find a list of drop offs above by clicking on the "Request a Toy" tab and "Toy Distributions Dates" at the top of the page.
Send us your donation
If you cannot get out to a drop-off location, you can still help by donating to the Wabash Valley Toys for Tots program! We have made it easier than ever before!
You can mail a check or money order made out to “Marine Toys for Tots Foundation”, to Marine Corps Reserve Tots for Tots 200 S Fruitridge Ave, Terre Haute, IN 47803. Again, please make sure the check is made out to "Marine Toys for Tots Foundation".
You can also simply click on the "Donate" link at the top of the page. It will take you through the necessary steps (click the "donate now>" link) and best of all; the donation will stay right here in the Wabash Valley!
Volunteer your time
Perhaps you are unable to provide a toy or donation, but you still want to help. No problem! We would love to have you volunteer your time! As you can see, we have many locations and events and each one need volunteers to collect donations and set up our distribution center. Become a Drop-Off site
Are you a business or organization that would like to become a drop-off location, click on the "Become a Toy Drop Site” link located under the Give & Receive section. Follow the prompts, fill in the form, and click Submit.
Host a Toys for Tots Event
Would you like to hold an event for toys for Tots? Email us at Terre.haute.in@toysfortots.org or call directly at (317) 762 6110. We will get you collection boxes, posters, and add your business to our site!
